Additional terms of use may apply to certain areas of the Platform. These additional terms of use are applicable to these areas, or any portion thereof, if you use them. 

You can find more information about how we use your data in our Privacy Policy. “Service Provider” means a product or service provider who will provide the service. 

Right to Discontinue

The Platform may be modified in a way that is appropriate to the User, to further improve its quality. Furthermore, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue its platform offerings with reasonable cause. The User is not directly informed of this. Users can pay by credit card for their rides. 

Fees and invoices

Transaction fees (e.g. due to different currencies) will be borne by the User when making payments by credit card. Our support team will send you an invoice with the same price and currency as you selected.

Obey Laws

• It is important to follow the instructions of the driver. 
• Objects may not be thrown from the vehicle. 
• Body parts are not to be stuck out, and doors cannot be opened while driving. 
• All passengers must obey the local Transport Authority’s laws during the ride, especially seat belt regulations. 

Passenger’s luggage 

Depending on the size and weight of passengers and luggage, each vehicle has a maximum number of passengers and pieces of luggage. If passengers or luggage are at risk, the driver may refuse to transport them.
